This hotel is incredibly convenient for travelers as it is located right by the train station, making it easy to explore the city. With a direct entrance from the station, it is a breeze to navigate and access different parts of the city. the hotel is within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Shibuya scramble, ensuring that guests have plenty to explore in the area.

The rooms can be on the smaller side, so it may be a bit cramped for those with larger luggage or who prefer more spacious accommodations.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. We loved being able to grab late-night snacks and explore the local dining options. the hotel was conveniently connected to the train station, making it easy to explore the city and visit other attractions. The fast check-in process was also a great plus, great to quickly settle into our room and start our vacation.

It was quite small, expected in Japan, but it did make it a bit challenging for us to relax and unwind.

I couldn't have asked for a better location at Jr-East Hotel Mets. It was so convenient to have a medical facility right in the hotel building when I fell ill on my second day. Not having to go far for medical attention made a huge difference. The room itself was simple but comfortable, and the staff were cute and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and bonus medical facility.

Excellent location connected to Shibuya station. Helpful and kind staff, always ready to assist with luggage and provide information. Reasonably sized rooms with amenities provided. Convenient access to major attractions in Shibuya. Hassle-free luggage forwarding service available.
